So very disappointed with this They intalled my heat pump..It was pricey, but well done! I was assured they service what they install....NOT the case. I reached out several times about issues with my heat pump - loud noises, freezing up, etc... I was told it needed a new motor. I waited and waited.....I contacted them via text and phone. The owner himself said, "We'll take care of you"....I waited an additional 6 weeks. I ended up buying the new motor (which had been sitting on a shelf in their garage for far toooooo long) and my partner installed it. I DO NOT recommend this company, at all. Think twice before hiring.
Used this company for years, awesome people to deal with. Highly recommend this company…
