Muskoka Wide Plumbing

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this plumbing team. Over the long weekend, they went above and beyond for us, making the trip out to our cottage twice to help resolve a very difficult filtration system issue. Keith was incredible throughout the entire process. He answered every single one of our calls, texts, patiently walked us through our concerns, and even FaceTimed us to help investigate the problems that were arising. His professionalism and kindness truly made a stressful situation feel far more manageable. Tom then came out both days and worked tirelessly to replace our pump stand and ensure we had clean, safe water before our family arrived for the weekend. The dedication, responsiveness, and care shown by both Keith and Tom were exceptional. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares this much about their clients. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone needing honest, dependable, and highly skilled support. We will only be calling them moving forward.

Excellent service from start to finish! The plumber arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was wrong. The repair was done efficiently and professionally, with great attention to detail. Pricing was fair and transparent, and the work area was left clean. I highly recommend this plumbing service and will definitely use them again.

We have used Keith and Muskoka Wide Plumbing for 5 years. He installed on the new build for our cottage and boathouse and later our bunkie. He has provided service and help to us ever since. Keith and his company are absolutely fantastic- always responsive and helpful with excellent quality work. We highly recommend!

Keith and Dustin were top notch. Offered excellent same-day service so I could have my cottage up and running for the long weekend. Won't hesitate to call again.

Keith had a great plumber on site within three hours of our call. Broderick was professional, very helpful and thorough. Highly recommend. We will definitely use again.
