Castle Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

I am writing this review for Madeleine Date. Sahib came to do my first service call since my fireplace was installed. He patiently showed and told me things I never knew about my fireplace. He was very friendly and very helpful. I appreciated being made a part of my service call and the time he took to explain things to me. Thank you Sahib!

Can not thank the staff enough. Very fast, efficient and professional. I very much appreciate all they did for me! Will def call again when needed.

Not only was the customer service amazing with these guys the technicians that came and Help fix my heating issue were kind, courteous, and fast. I have to recognize how amazing this company is. Keep up the great work and you are all appreciated.

Had a leaky sink and called another place and was told it'll be 5 weeks before they could send someone out. So I called here and they could send someone out in a few days, and then they called the next morning and said there was a cancellation and they could come now that morning if i'm available. Now our sink is all fixed and it was so fast and easy! The person who came, I think his name was Spencer, was also friendly and quick at fixing. I will definitely call here first for any future plumbing issues! All around great experience, thank you!

I have to say that the customer service here is exceptional! A big shout out to Correy, great service!
