Complete Handyman Service & Home Renos

My husband and I wanted to refresh the paint in our guest room and add an accent wall with wainscotting and wallpaper. One of the first people we thought to call was Sam, as we had used him to patch up a wall more than three years ago. He came to the house to take measurements and figure out exactly what we wanted done so he could provide an accurate estimate. He helped us decide which paint colours to go with and even recommended which type of paint to purchase as we decided that we would purchase the paint. For the wainscotting with picture frame moulding he showed us photos from a recent job he had completed and advised as to how many picture frames would look best in the space. Sam is fair priced, punctual, and completed the project within the time frame that he told us. He is also very clean while he works. When he arrived he explained exactly what he was going to be doing that day. A few times he even asked us to come see the progress to make sure we were happy with how things looked. Upon project completion could not be happier with the results! Sam is very professional and knowledgeable about many things when it comes to home improvement so we will definitely be hiring him again. Thank you Sam!

Samuel is amazing. He has clear, transparent and fair pricing. He efficiently coordinates his subcontractors and everyone on the team turned out high quality work. We’ve used CHS before and will do so again!

Sam did our kitchen in under two weeks as promised. Monday removal of all cupboards, etc., Tuesday/Wednesday plumbing, electrical/drywall, Thursday, cupboard install. Everything was finished by Friday of the following week, as promised. We are overjoyed with the result. It was seamless for us, and the result is over the top gorgeous! Below the before and after pictures.

What a refreshing and memorable experience! I contacted CHS and Sam completed several repairs around my house, including painting, installing new smoke detectors, and fixing a door. On top of the great workmanship, they gave me excellent, honest advice on maintenance. I have more jobs and will definitely be calling Sam Professional, versatile, and highly recommended!" Thank you Sam!

It was Friday afternoon and I wasn't sure I could get an emergency handyman. I needed my blinds installed after getting new windows in my condo. Sam came Friday evening and quickly got the job done. I highly recommend him and I'm sure I'll use them again! Thank You Very Much!
