Wellington Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Made me some rather expensive metal peices which I needed for a home renovation. These were to be paid for on pick up, which is what I did. 18 months after the fact, I had a "freindly" call asking why I had not paid. Fortunately, I keep decent records and also pay for everything with my credit card, so I was able to prove that I paid them. If you are going to deal with them, HANG ON to your receipts, use your credit card and keep it all on file for at least 18 months. Absurd!

The techs were efficient, professional and available at short notice. Lisa, especially went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and convenient. She was wonderful to work with!

Rip off. We had a clogged toilet at our office - $150 diagnostic turned out to be a $700 job for a single toilet. Just to unclog it with a plunger. Please shop before committing.

I would give no stars if I could. They left my house a mess. Caused damaged and are trying to lie and say it didn’t happen. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. So disappointed. I now need to get someone else in to fix the work they did.

I do not recommend this company at all. My wife and I live in a condo and our neighbours below us had a leaking issue in their ceiling, so they had someone come into our condo to see if our a/c unit was the one leaking. The guy had a look at the unit, said it was ours leaking (it ended up actually being the condo beside ours that was having issues), took a tube off of the unit and cleaned it (this was completely fine and appreciated), but then told us that we need to have our unit cleaned and to do so they would need to remove it and charge us around $400 to clean it! The technician was not honest and seemed to push things that weren't needed. In the end, we called a different company who came in the next day and only charged us about $100 and cleaned it without removing the unit in under an hour.
