I contacted PHD plumbing just shortly after 7am as I was concerned about my sump pump being overwhelmed during a storm which was happening. I was given a window when the techs would show up later in the day. David and Rami showed up at my house as scheduled. They were professional and listened to my concerns then assessed the status of the pump for themselves. They reassured me that the pump and current set up were fine. We discussed some potential changes which could be made to the system to consider for the dry season in a no pressure discussion. I appreciate their professionalism and friendly approach to my service call. I was charged the minimum for a service call which was very reasonable. I would have paid twice as much for the peace of mind they gave me.
I thought I had a dead sump pump backup battery. Freddy and Alex of PhD Plumbing Innisfil arrived on time, removing their boots before entering the home. They were friendly, efficient and informative. They provided an overview of the function of a backup battery. They advised that the battery did not require replacement at this time and educated me on when it would. I will continue with PhD Plumbing for future plumbing needs.
Called for a mixing valve replacement. They sent 2 guys within a couple hours of calling. This was amazing. Jimmy and Peter were prompt, prepared and professional. Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable and Peter was there backing him up so they didn't waste time. The valve was replaced fast and clean. Thank you guys. The only disappointment was the cost. But that's not the workers fault. So that's why 5 stars. I would recommend cause when you need a pro...Jimmy and Peter are there.
Called me right back. Came out. Sourced my well problem with sand intake- changed a pressure tank and problem filter system. Dave was great. Absolutely professional and kept me informed. Highly recommend! Wouldn’t hesitate to call again.
Jimmy did a fantastic and quick job. Made the valve even easier to reach and cleaned right after. Great job
