Martell Mechanical Limited

We had a heat pump installed in the attic which provides heating and cooling to all upstairs rooms, and also a ductless heat pump on our main floor. Martell Mechanical Limited did a great job for us. Brent helped us decide which units were a good fit. Cameron, Chuck, Matt, and Leon did a professional job installing. Their communication was great, they were prompt and worked efficiently. I would confidently recommend them.

From start to finish, my experience with Martell Mechanical was nothing short of excellent. The entire process—from planning to installation—was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for the homeowner. Brent and James were a big help throughout the planning stage. They kept me well-informed, answering questions and making sure I understood each step before work began. During installation, Colby and Matt were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, taking the time to explain what they were doing and making sure everything was done right. They worked efficiently, cleaned up as they went along, and stayed afterward to ensure the heat pumps were operating exactly as intended before leaving. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail truly stood out. I’m very happy with the results and would confidently recommend Martell Mechanical to anyone seeking reliable, high‑quality service for heat pump installation or any other service.
