Lodder Brothers Limited

We called Tri City Plumbing Services, and price on the phone sounded reasonable for the service: "flat fee 99$ CAN, including 1 hour service; plus extra charge for parts" if needed. The part was 5$ CAN and took 15 minutes, but we got charged double! When we called, it was explained: the extra price is for travel time (Kitchener to Kitchener, about 20 minut to get to our home) and plus the work! Would not be more honest if that information is shared on the phone? We give one star because the service person was polite and nice, but we will not call this business any more...

We had a fantastic experience with Kyle Spears! He arrived right on time, was incredibly pleasant, and efficiently fixed our stuck taps. He did a great job and even took the time to give us some helpful advice on a few other plumbing issues. Highly recommend his services, and we will definitely use Lodder Brothers again!

We had a plugged toilet where the water had risen to the top of the bowl. When we phoned they were able to give us a time frame of between 11am to 1pm. They arrived right at 11am. They took a look at the problem and in less than 10 minutes they had unplugged the toilet. There was no mess and the rates are reasonable. We have used this company before and would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience! The service was excellent with a very quick turnaround time. They arrived right on schedule and completed a thorough inspection for us. The team was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service!

We had an excellent experience with Rudy Quintero . He arrived on time, and was very pleasant to deal with. He diagnosed our problem very quickly, explained it to us and repaired it quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely ask for Rudy again in the future.
