Tri City Plumbing Inc.

I HIGHLY recommend Tri City. I had another company, Superior Plumbing, come out and after 10 min of looking under the sink the plumber estimated a $2000 pipe replacement and charged us $500. I called Tri City and they said there was no way they would charge that amount. The Tri City plumber who came said replacing the pipes was completely unnecessary and explained why. After snaking the pipes and unclogging them everything worked fine and there is no issue. They charged $350 for actually doing the work which was $150 cheaper than the Superior plumber simply spending 10 min looking under the sink and did not require a $2000 replacement. They seem honest and are competent!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tri City Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and exceptional attention to detail. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation before providing clear and honest recommendations. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and they made sure everything was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. What truly sets them apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and left the workspace clean and organized. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. I highly recommend Tri City Plumbing to anyone looking for dependable, top-quality plumbing services. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Curtis and Ethan did a great job. They were fast and professional. We are very happy about this service. We'll call you again, when need it.

A fairly expensive visit with not much resolved. I needed to bring another competitor on site, and had much better results. I wish I could have posted a better result. I have spoken with Theresa at Tri City. It was super nice that she reached out to me. She offered a full refund, and I am very impressed. This indicates their high integrity rating. I will share this with my family and friends. I am changing my rating to a 5 and will use them again in the future. Thank you Ray Lamarche

We had an unexpected plumbing emergency late on a Friday afternoon. The woman who took my call was understanding and compassionate. I had a plumber arrive within the hour. He was efficient and the leak was repaired quickly. Many thanks.
