We had mould remediation done by Canada's Restoration Services and we could not be more satisfied. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any of their services.

First of all, it's a great team. the team is excellent, and professional. they finished the work in 8 hours. However the bill is terrible. Some tips for your reference: Before signing "Service Agreement" with Canada Restoration Services, make sure you understand item 4 and 6: 1. the estimation in item 4 is useless. the actual cost could be double or triple than market average, it's not communicated to you before/during the work, you will get a surprised bill after the work is done. and you have to accept it, because it's protected by item 6 in "Service Agreement". 2. Below is item 6, if you argue and don't want pay the overcharged/unfair bill, eventually you will pay more, e.g. 3% admin fee per month/so called expert fee/court costs. because you signed it in "Service Agreement". "Administration fees of 3% per month plus interest at the highest rate allowed under provincial law will be charged on any unpaid balance after fourteen (14) days of the date of the invoice. CUSTOMER agrees to pay all actual collection costs, collection agency commissions, actual attorney's fees , expert fees, court costs and arbitration costs incurred by Canada's Restoration Services to collect past due balances" This is the lesson learning from my basement clean. full of overcharge/overlap labor charge/unreasonable charge in the bill.

The team from top to bottom are complete professionals. Worked with the project manager Roberto. He was always available for calls when I had questions. He walked me through the entire process. He led an extremely thorough inspection of the house after we had major flood damage. His team was just as professional. When they did the work they completely demolished my basement and removed both the mold in the walls and the asbestos that was found in the ceiling. They took all the necessary precautions and left the basement immaculate. It looks so clean and might as well be brand new
