Drain Rex

Friday evening.. drain plugged in kitchen and bathroom...the nice and competent guy came and unblocked everything plus replaced the damaged parts. They are very nice and wirk well. Mr. Mohammed did a very good job even if finished late a Friday. Thanks again.

Called them because I had water back up in my basement shower and toilet. Within 1:30 they were at my place to fix the problem. Good service. Mo is really a nice and caring person. He got the job done!

I do not recommend. I called them to fix a sink leak. While the plumber was here I asked if he could change the toilet pump, and he said no problem. Cost 407$ for a 40 minutes. (40 minutes includes him going to his truck twice and the time to write up the invoice) After he left the toilet started doing random refills. I reached out and after 2 days of delayed appointements he came back and sold me a new flapper. Sadly the replacement flapper did not solve the issue (+ if the flapper was the issue I would’ve had random refills with the old pump which I did not ). I contacted them again to be told that they already came once and if they came back I would be charged for another service call + labor + parts since my original call was for a sink repair and not for a toilet repair ( even though the pump replacement is listed on the invoice it’s not guaranteed) Very disappointed.

I called them Friday noon and my blocked kitchen sink was fixed by early Saturday morning. Sobhi did a good job. Highly recommend their services.

Excellent plumbing company, arrive on time, competent, very reasonable. Would highly recommend Drain Rex. Sobhi the plumber is one of the best.
