Excellent service! I’m in the process of setting up my new dental laboratory and needed a few things fixed after purchasing the property. I called them, and they had someone at my door within 30 minutes. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I really value my time, so I appreciated how responsive they were and how fast they got everything done without compromising quality. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be calling them again for any future needs. Highly recommended!

Amazing emergency service!!! They came quickly, fixed the problem right away, and were super professional the whole time. Really saved me in a stressful situation. Highly recommend this company!

We are very pleased with their reliable and efficient service. Our two sump pumps failed, and we had a flood in our basement. I called them and they came very quickly to assist us and replaced both sum pumps and replaced a connection of a broken pipe that was leaking water. They followed up and called us to let us know when they would arrived and gave us our estimate prior to the work. I highly recommend this company.

I called their emergency line at 10 pm on a Saturday night and they sent someone first thing the next morning and had the issue fixed quickly and professionally. The technician was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish—responsive, reassuring, and genuinely helpful. I’m really impressed with how smoothly everything was handled, especially given the timing. Highly recommend this company for anyone who needs reliable service and great communication.

I wrote this comment with the help of ai due to my native language not being english or french I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I contacted this company for what should have been a straightforward plumbing issue. From the beginning, things felt disorganized—communication was unclear, and I didn’t get a solid explanation of what the plan was or how long things would take. When the plumber arrived, the interaction felt rushed and not very transparent. I had to repeatedly ask basic questions just to understand what was being done. As the work progressed, I started noticing that things weren’t improving the way I expected. In fact, the situation became more complicated than when it started. Instead of feeling reassured, I felt like I had less clarity and more concerns. There was no real effort to walk me through what changed or why things weren’t going as planned. The pricing was another major issue. The final cost ended up being significantly higher than what I anticipated, without a clear breakdown that justified the difference. Trying to get clarification afterward was difficult, and responses were either delayed or vague. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. When I raised concerns, I didn’t feel like they were taken seriously. There was no meaningful follow-up or attempt to resolve the situation in a way that felt fair. Overall, this experience left me with more stress, more questions, and a situation that still required additional attention afterward. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company ask very detailed questions upfront, get everything in writing, and be cautious about expectations.
