Megan-Drew Plumbing & Mechanical

Very professional and decent team! came today to fix the issue with my hot water tank not getting hot enough. While diagnosing the problem, he also discovered an issue with the water meter leaking. They went above and beyond by staying to help us contact the city and worked with us until everything was resolved. Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and truly outstanding customer care. Highly recommend! I’m very glad our neighborhoods have them, will recommend to anyone who needs

Doug and Steve were great! I needed my plumbing inspected and they stopped by free of charge since they were in the area. Polite and knowledgeable gents. Did not try to sell me unnecessary services, honest individuals. Will definitely be back.

Needed several minor plumbing repairs done at home. This company is very responsive and was able to do the job a few days later. Thomas was the plumber who came to us and he was great. Happy that I found them! Definitely will call them again when needed.

Doug (I believe that was his name) stopped by to check on a leaky kitchen faucet and a backed up washroom sink. He suggested to replace the kitchen faucet, unclogged the bathroom sink and advised to routinely treat with enzymes to prevent any foul odor. He was professional, helpful and was straight to the point. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been running facilities and operations for decades. It’s people like these that make you look good when disaster hits and execs expect results last week. They’re simply good people with excellent knowledge and expertise and not looking to gouge you, but genuinely want to solve the problem and get out of there. They’ve saved our butt a hundred times and I won’t recommend any other plumbing outfit in town. Thanks a ton!
