Baumann's Ventilation & Plumbing Ltd

I used them for a furnace inspection and tune up. The tech arrived on time and was very proffessional. When he left, he explained what he had done and that there was no issues with the furnace. I asked if i could get the copy of the report, a sticker to say the furnace was inspected, and how i qould be paying for the work. I was told i would be emailed a copy of the report and invoice within 24hrs. And that he did not have a stticker to provide to say the furnace was inspected that date. I waited over a week with no invoice or report, both of which i required as condition of selling my home. So i called again to ask why i had not received one. I spoke 3 tines to the lady that answers the phones (same one who took my initial booking info). She had no idea who i was, no record of me having service with them. One call back she assumed i just had a new furnace installed even tho i clearly stated it was an inspection only. After 3 calls she finally figured it out and i received the invoice and a very slopy report which even the realtor questioned. For a very popular company in town, i am very disappointed with my experience.

Baumanns did an excellent job diagnosing and replacing our 24 yr old furnace. The technicians were very knowledgable and helpful while waiting for the new furnace to arrive. Installation was great and the new furnace is working perfectly. The office staff provides excellent customer service as well. Thank you!

Mark was here And he found the problem Real easy , he went to the source where he thought what it might be and he found a screw, what a different company left behind in the tap. Baumann's is a place to go and I will not get anybody else. Hats off to Baumann's and especially mark. Thank you for doing a great job

Furnace quit and they called back right away and helped us troubleshoot over the phone. Didn't end up needing a housecall afterall but Kale still provided outstanding service! We will gladly call them when we do need anything HVAC related in the future. We will be recommending Baumann's going forward!

Dallas fixed my toilet REALLY FAST. It made horrendous sounds and wouldn’t stop running water, among other things. I girl-fixed it to the best of my abilities. He accidentally took my pliers.. and then he returned them on my doorknob when I was out. Super cool of you 😎 10/10 would recommend.
