ServiceMaster Restore of Moose Jaw

We recently had the experience of working with Service Master, Moosejaw, for an insurance claim and must say that their service, from start to finish, was nothing less than outstanding. Wyndi and Steve truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. We are incredibly grateful for their care, dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail. They consistently exceeded our expectations with their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. This does not go unnoticed. It was a real pleasure working with them. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for the types of restorative services they offer. Thank you, Service Master, for your exceptional work and commitment to excellence.

We had Service Master come and do the rebuild of our basement after a hot water heater leak. They were very professional and quick with outstanding workmanship. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend the company.

I do not recommend hiring ServiceMaster Moose Jaw for home restoration projects. We had constant problems when they dealt with our insurance claim in spring 2019. They were painfully slow (almost never showed up on time and often showed up days or weeks late). They would never communicate or follow instructions when it didn't suit them (for example, they would repeatedly enter parts of the house that they had agreed to stay out of). IMO worst of all was the poor judgement we saw in fixing our problem. We had a burst water pipe in our kitchen wall and they didn't think it would be necessary to open up or remove many of the affected areas ("the drywall will dry out with a dehumidifier put next to it" he'd say). Two months later we had a large black mold issue, and so I ended my relationship with ServiceMaster.

Highly recommend. We had to replace our shower pan and decided to completely redo the whole bathroom. I can't say enough about this company. Always on time, exceptional customer service, attention to detail and clean up after every visit. They even swept my driveway Definitely 5 🌟

What a GREAT experience. Insurance claim on floors. These fellas came in, worked fast, did a top notch job, super friendly and even did a few things that they didn't have to out of the goodness of their heart! I couldn't be more happy or impressed! Highly recommend !!!
