Just had some excellent job done by the Milani team. From the estimate to the install they kept me very informed. I got a big rebate as well for installing a new heat pump

Would not recommend this company!! We scheduled a date for just a regular service to our heat pump/furnace, then on that date, we made sure our fence panel was removed for easy access. After the time slot they had arranged had passed, we called them, and they had cancelled the appointment without contacting us. So we rescheduled, and again removed the fence panel, and they didn't show, so we called again, and they had given us the wrong date, and it was the next day. When we had originally called to get a rough quote on how much this service would cost, they said between $250-$300 unless there was something that needed repair (which they confirmed no repairs were done). Service Guy came, then left to go back to the shop to grab a filter that we had just replaced a week before his arrival, and he charged for an additional hour for this at $178 per hour. Not only did it not need to be replaced, but you would also think a common filter would be something they would come prepared with. Our bill was over $600. We called, and they refused to correct the bill. Poor customer service, and we are left feeling scammed!!

Steven was the technician who cleaned my drain pipe that was clogged on Sunday May 10th. Steven addressed the problem and solved it. He was efficient, courtious, knowedgeable and you are lucky to have him represent your company. I would have no problem having him again as a plumber. Thanks again Steven

I do not recommend this company. The plumber came to my house to assess a leaking hot water tank. He advised that it needed to be replaced. He then told me that I needed to drain the tan myself. I thought that’s what I was paying them for. He did not do a full evaluation nor explain to me the necessary upgrades to get my tank up to code. I got a call from a woman with a quote and she refused to explain the quote and its contents. The plumber then missed 3 scheduled windows for service. They kept calling me to tell me they needed to reschedule. They finally called and cancelled. I hired a different company and they not only explained all of the repairs and upgrades necessary but they also ran full diagnostics and found that the water pressure within my house is high likely contributing to the leak. Milani was about to replace a tank setting me up for failure. I have been on touch with the company trying to discuss my bill and I keep being told someone will call me back. Do NOT use this company

Disgusting company had a simple hearing replacement issue. Called this company, a repair guy came without any part. He promised to come back but never did. Phoned the company five times to ask for a follow up service but never did. Waited for more than 10 days in cold because the repair guy took the old part away and broke the furnace. Called another company and they said the old repair guy messed up. Now this company keeps calling for money for the initial visit. Money seeking company only out for money but no service
