Brady and Seidner did an amazing job on our HVAC repair. They fixed a lot of issues that we had in our tall, old, narrow house and now we can sleep comfortably. They were professional, easy to work with, and very transparent about pricing and how long it would take. We'll absolutely use them again

Brady & Seidner’s experience repairing HVAC systems is unmatched. Their master technician Chris was able to diagnose our radiator system issue and fix our boiler in 2 hours at a very reasonable price, after countless hours were spent by 3 other HVAC companies, including reps from Radiant (our boiler company) itself, none of whom were able to figure out the problem. Chris was much more confident and skilled than the techs from the other companies, and quickly found a hidden screen that was clogged when everyone else had advised the issue was much more severe. If we had gone with Brady & Seidner from the start we would have saved a ton of money. Highly recommend them for any radiator system work or other HVAC services.

As a building Superintendent, I've worked with many HVAC and plumbing contractors. And this company stands out for their professionalism and quality of work. As a business owner I have been dealing with this company for many years. They are always there when I need them. The owner himself will even speak to you and Kim always handles wonderfully. Today Kyle and Steven came right away to fix my air conditioner and did a great job. Can't recommend them enough.
