My house had clay drains which were damaged and clogged by the roots of my neighbour's tree. Nazar immediately knew what had to be done and explained the process and the cost. He arranged for the required permit and promptly started the process. I am so grateful I was referred to Nazar Derkach. From our initial conversation to the completion of the work, he was extremely knowledgeable, honest and upfront regarding the work required immediately and what could be put on hold temporarily. Both he and his crew were extremely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and everyone requiring plumbing work. Thank you again Nazar, you made a stressful situation extremely manageable.
I had a backed up sewer line. Texted Naz and made an appointment for next day. Naz as usual showed up on time and quickly figured out the problem. Explained everything and gave a few good suggestions on how to omit problems in the future. Naz is very efficient, knowledgeable and honest guy and I will definitely use Canadian Rioter again when needed
We've had a recurring issue with our basement drain. Anytime it would rain water would come up and make a mess of everything. Thankfully we were referred to Canadian Rooter and they specialize on this kind of a thing. We had our main drain fixed and they also put in a sewer backwater valve to prevent the water backflow in the future. Thank you Canadian Rooter!
