I have had a disgusting experience with this company! Their technicians shown to be absolutely incapable of even understanding t what the issue with the rationing in my unit was. I contacted the head office and the receptionist was absolutely unprofessional, vulgar, impolite and hung up basically shouting at me on the phone saying that she couldn’t do anything to help me and I had to talk with property management (I had already talked to them multiple times and they ca only send the technician from UPH) I want to highlight that I was being polite and never raised my voice on the phone. I hope Mario notice this review because the behaviour of his employees is absolutely unacceptable. Cheers
