Prentice Plumbing & Heating Ltd

I've had the opportunity to work with Prentice Plumbing and Heating on several occasions, and every experience has been a positive one. They're organized, professional, and always easy to coordinate with. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Matt and Dan. They were outstanding to work with from start to finish. They're knowledgeable, hardworking, approachable, and always willing to offer helpful suggestions to make the job better. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the finished product. As a contractor, I know how valuable it is to work alongside tradespeople you can trust. Matt and Dan made every project easier, and I genuinely appreciated their professionalism and positive attitudes. They're a huge credit to Prentice Plumbing and Heating, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing work.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the friendly voices when you call in to the technician Steve that came to our home, we have never felt so supported. Our sump failed at literally the worst time possibly and Steve got a temporary one running quickly and was very friendly & professional. He even gave us his phone number incase of an emergency and texted that evening to check in on things. He also popped by again a couple days later to make sure everything was still working well when we noticed a change. We highly recommend Steve and Prentice Plumbing. Thank you so very much Steve and the Prentice Plumbing team for all your help. You will always be our first call moving forward.

Mark and his team are friendly and reliable. They did the plumbing and HVAC for our addition and just recently put in a new hot water tank and repaired our humidifier. I would recommend Prentice Plumbing and Heating!

Fantastic service, and very timely. Most importantly, the gentleman plumber who attended was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. A beautiful job. HIGHLY recommend and will use Prentice Plumbing again for sure.

Dealing with Prentice Plumbing (Mark Prentice, the owner) has been a very frustrating experience, to say the least. Despite the fact that their estimate was 30% higher than the competition, we were confident that they would provide a better service...a confidence that turned out to be a nightmare. Our calls to Mark Prentice were never returned, promised emails were never received, and despite having made full payment, we are still waiting for a week for the final invoice that was promised. The work started out fine, but was rushed and shoddy near the end, an assessment that Mark agreed with, such as: - The cold tubing line going to the shower had three colors, blue, clear and red - The hot tubing line going to the same shower had two colors, red and clear - The washing machine didn’t have an outlet box - The water lines of the washing machine were installed on the studs instead of through the studs - A leak on the cold line When I first mentioned the needed corrections to the apprentice on site, his response was that I would be charged extra and to do it myself. The real shocker, however, was receiving a phone call from Mark Prentice that contained non-stop foul language and irrational yelling. That depth of unprofessionalism was unexpected and very discouraging. There was never an apology for the lapse of judgment, nor compensation for the inconveniences. Suffice it to say that next time, we will take our chances with one of the less expensive plumbing companies.
