Riddell Contracting Ltd

We recently used the Riddell's team for our electrical, plumbing, and HVAC renovations, at the Owen Sound Dental Clinic. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They were always reliable, and kept us informed throughout the entire project. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship exceeded our expectations. No matter what questions or requests we had, they were always willing to help and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly takes pride in both their work and their customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, dependable team. Thank you for doing such an amazing job, we couldn't be happier with the results!

Riddell's replaced my furnace this winter and they were really easy to deal with and provided a good product at a good price. I had a minor leak with my AC this summer and they were on it right away and even improved my AC cooling by cleaning my coils off while they were here.

The Riddell team is absolutely terrific and I cannot recommend them highly enough. In addition to doing a fabulous job on our home renovations (a complex project given it is an old Barn) they continue to provide outstanding service. I felt very looked after when the water pipes froze in the house yesterday afternoon and Casey and Peter worked over-time to solve the problem. Service that is above and beyond the call of duty and I am extremely grateful to this team. Thank you all very much!

Highly recommend. We were out of town this past February, a relative was taking care of our home and noticed a leaking pipe in our heating system. We contacted Riddell and they responded and had the problem fixed quickly, even though it was during a multi day snow event! Very professional and skillful. Thank you very much.

Just got my furnace, Navien in floor heating system and two gas fireplaces serviced, cleaned and inspected by Riddell’s Peter Algera and his faithful sidekick Mike. Fireplace was making some strange noises, so Peter & Mike took it all apart, cleaned it and put it all back together in a couple of hours. Fireplace looks brand new now and is running perfectly. Every Spring & Fall they look at the AC and Furnace. This year Peter said we need to replace the exhaust motor on the furnace. Gave me an estimate and will order the part and they will replace. We also have to replace the expensive filters. Peter maximized the lifespan of the filters over the past two to three years to get the most out of them before replacing as the filters are super expensive. Peter & Mike will be back again in the Spring to see if the pool heater will start again. I’ve been having Peter clean and service my ancient gas pool heater since 2016. Every year it’s started! I highly recommend Peter and Riddell’s, they are honest, work quickly and let you know what things cost and how long it will take to repair. Peter always gives you an option on when and why to fix things. It’s very helpful to know what things are a priority to fix and what things can wait till the next year or season. The icing on the cake is Riddell’s Peter & Mike are super clean, make no mess and nothing ever gets scratched or broken! They are Ninja like. Even when they park the massive truck and mobile shop trailer in the driveway. 🥷
