Hawthorne Plumbing And Heating Ltd.

Very good service. Helped me out of a problem quickly and professionally Great to have excellent local plumbing service based in Peachland.

After receiving extremely high water bills and gas bills I message Hawthorne plumbing and heating to have them come and have a look at my water tank. From first contact. Brad was excellent with communication and was able to squeeze me in. Turns out the water noise I was hearing from the water tank was a broken valve. so the water was continuously running and heating and dumping out hot water.. he was able to immediately replace the valve on my old water tank. Explaining what he was doing every step of the way. What a great company. Shout out to Brad. He was efficient and friendly throughout 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from this happy customer. Will definitely use Hawthorne again when it’s time to replace my old tank Thank you. Deb/Marc Malone

He did a few plumbing repairs for us. One of them was a kitchen sink faucet repair. The faucet was not working properly after a few days. Very tight handle. I phoned him and told him. He refused to come back unless I paid for another call out charge, which I believe was $166. I don't know the cost because he refused to give me an itemized bill. I got one big number with no break down. He said if I paid the bill he might reduce the call out charge. I paid the bill in full and never heard from him again. I won't use him again and would never recommend him

Amazing company! Brad is excellent! He assisted us with our shops in floor heating pipes that burst during the cold snap. He showed up super fast, did an incredible repair, was super professional, answered all our questions and was really friendly. Highly recommend Brad and Hawthorne Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of plumbing or heating repair or maintenance. 10/10!!!!

AMAZING guy. Quick to return phone calls. Was out in half a day due to a serious water leak in the bathroom. Professional but very friendly. Explained the problem and what was needed and explained what he was doing as he worked on it. I just can't say enough good things about this guy, Brad. You will not be disappointed if you call and use him. Absolutely great!!
