Ozone Climate

Ozone staff provided a detailed explanation when assessing our old heating and ac systems. They followed up with competitive pricing and excellent timely installation service. I highly recommend this Niagara Region based Canadian company!

We recently had Ben and Dimitri out to fix our boiler and are so happy with their work We have a 12 year old boiler that was installed incorrectly by a large HVAC and plumbing company in town. Since its installation we have had numerous issues with corrosion and replacing a mother board. We were told that we had too much moisture in our basement and that we needed a dehumidifier to fix the issue. What we have come to find out was the intake and exhaust were not sloped correctly and water was going back into the system causing moisture damage. Ben and Dimitri were able to identify the issues and replace our blower motor and replace our intake and exhaust pipes with proper sloping. We are really pleased to have found honest and reliable people that we can depend on when we have any issues with our boiler in the future. We will be having Ben and Dimitri back in the fall to service and install a radiator in our addition that currently doesn’t have one. Thanks again Caitlin and Dave

Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the heat last weekend. Our regular service provider was out of town and recommended Ben who made time in his schedule to help us! Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable, him and his coworker were able to locate the problem and explain the issue to us, keeping us up to date the entire time. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend them. Thanks Ben!

My family has worked with Ozone Climate for two AC unit installs now. In both cases, their service was courteous and accommodating, their work was well done and swiftly executed, and the overall experience left me feeling like I was getting great value for my investments. I will be using them for my future HVAC needs! Thanks Ozone Climate team!
