J.A. PLUMBING INC.

I found J.A. Plumbing online and I find their service excellent! They replied with a resonable quote (with breakdown on how much goes to labor and how much is for materiales) based on some photos and videos I took related to the issue. I communicated with Justin who coordinates the visit and he is very nice and quick in response. What I like them most is that they do make sure that the task is done well and willing to take the extra time to follow-up afterwards to make sure everything is really working well. I am not sure if their service is the cheapest per say, but I do think their price is transparent, resonable and with a guarantee that the issue will be fixed (which is the whole purpose of looking for a professional instead of trying to fix it myself).

I had a fantastic experience with JA Plumbing from the very first moment I reached out to Justin. He's friendly, professional and very clear in his communication. We agreed on the price upfront, and he sent a detailed estimate to my email so there were absolutely no surprises. The team who came to install my new dishwasher today were also awesome! They were punctual, professional and efficient, making the entire process completely stress-free. I really appreciated how seamless and straightforward the whole experience was. I would confidently recommend JA Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, honest plumbing services. 10/10!

JA Plumbing installed a sink for my business today and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed! Friendly, professional, meticulous work and everything turned out absolutely perfect. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. Exceptional service!! I would recommend JA Plumbing without hesitation!

I was recommended J.A. plumbing but a trusted relative. I needed 3 toilets repaired. 2 were not filling in the tank properly and 1 was leaking at the floor. Justin sent one of his amazing plumbers to my house and had everything fixed in a little over an hour. The young fellow he sent was polite and tidy and really knew his stuff. I was impressed and really happy there was no drama as I've had with other trades people. And an added bonus was the repair bill was less than the quoted estimate. I couldn't be happier. It's hard to find an good plummer who won't rip you off. J.A. Plumbing are the people to call!

We needed to modify our plumbing to accommodate a new kitchen sink. The process of obtaining a quote and scheduling the work was easy and flexible. The work was done in a professional, efficient, and friendly way. We plan to use J.A. Plumbing for our future projects.
