Prime Plumbers

I had a burst pipe under my kitchen sink last weekend and called Prime Plumbers. They showed up the same day and had the whole thing fixed within an hour. The technician was friendly, explained what was wrong with the plumbing, and didn't try to oversell me on anything I didn't need. Great service and fair pricing—definitely calling them next time we have an issue.

So we had this annoying dripping pipe under our kitchen sink that we'd been putting off dealing with for way too long, and finally decided to call Prime Plumbers. They got someone out to our Richmond place pretty quickly, which was honestly a relief because I was tired of putting towels under there. The plumber who showed up was super professional and friendly, took time to explain what was wrong without making us feel dumb about not fixing it sooner. He had the whole thing wrapped up in about an hour, and the work looked really clean and solid. We were impressed by how reasonable the pricing was too, especially compared to some of the other quotes we'd gotten.
