Home Comfort Centre

Hcc recently installed a hot water tank in our family home, we had a great experience from our first call to the installation! Ethan did a great job clean and efficiently installing our hot water tank! Very polite and organized thank you hcc

HCC installed our multi split AC/Heat pump and we love it. Being able to cool down the upstairs bedroom without making the lower living area too cold to enjoy is a game changer. Rob from HCC came to our house and gave us a quote. He is a friendly, knowledgeable guy and pointed out some things for us to consider. They were very quick to schedule us in for the install. The installers, Corey and Sheldon, were very courteous and professional. We love the climate control we have now and highly recommend you give the Home Comfort Centre a call.

HCC recently installed a mini split heat pump for us, and we are very impressed. They came out very quickly, offered excellent pricing, and the installers were kind, professional and very careful with their work. Everything was done efficiently and with extreme care. Highly recommend!

We called this morning thinking the compressor on our heat pump needed to be swapped out. We were expecting a very big bill. They had someone by the name of Len,(?) here this afternoon. We said what we thought was the issue. It was the perfect opportunity to upsell us. Instead their service technician was very honest and replaced a switch for a very reasonable cost. We were beyond grateful for his honesty and efficency. I called multiple companies last week and never heard back from any of them. This will be our 1st call next time there's an issue!

Our oil furnace AND our pellet stove died dramatically on the same day. Rob from Home Comfort Centre came within hours of our call. Even better, he tried to troubleshoot and fix our current pellet stove before selling us a new one. He had new pellet stoves in stock(and also has parts in stock!!!) and installed and WETT inspected a beautiful new Harmon stove the next day. He gave us several options, in different price ranges, and his observations from other installations in our neighbourhood and building styles. Great service, great communication and will have all our business moving forward.
