John The Plumber

Another great job done by John the Plumber. Tomas F fixed a leaky sink drain, secured a wobbly toilet tank, and replaced a faucet. He was on time, quick, professional, tested all his work thoroughly, and helpful with any questions I had. I’d highly recommend Tomas and John the Plumber to anyone looking for timely and top-notch plumbing work.

We had Ryen from John the Plumber come by to assess some significant bathroom damage, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He arrived right on time, was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect everything and gave us a clear, honest, and accurate assessment of what needed to be done. His attention to detail and willingness to explain everything gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. We'll definitely be having him complete the bathroom repairs once our project gets underway. Highly recommend Ryen and the team at John the Plumber!

I thought I had booked online but it didn't go through for some reason. Dan hooked me up with a technician who was able to show up well before the window I was given (Dan said they would get there as soon as they could, but definitely between 4 and 7 pm). Ryen showed up and very quickly identified the culprit (we had no idea!) and performed the necessary repairs. Thank you for your excellent service!

Ryen is highly professional and courteous. He explained everything about my plumbing issue in a manner that was informative and educational. He resolved my issue and I would not hesitate to recommend him and John the Plumber to others. Thank you Ryen!

My landlord contacted John the Plumber to make a reservation and within minutes a representative called me to confirm the appointment and discuss the issue. Geoff and Reza came the following day to fix and ultimately replace the toilet. Both Geoff and Reza were professional and respectful, taking the time to chat with me and explain the situation. I was home alone working that day and, as a woman, I felt safe and comfortable to have these two men working in my home. I provided the same comments to my landlord and would recommend John the Plumber as well as Geoff and Reza again.
