Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical Services

Our AC kicked the bucket during the summer heat wave. Ashley was dispatched within hours of calling and worked tirelessly to diagnose the issue. After consulting with Bryan in sales and taking repair costs into consideration, we decided it was time to get a new unit. Install performed by Nick and Matt who did an amazing job. Thank you to in house staff for the great communication (Lena). Would highly recommend.

We recently had Aaron from Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical take care of some electrical work in our home, and we couldn't be happier. Aaron is a great guy — polite, professional, and clearly knows his trade. The job was well planned and executed from start to finish. We highly recommend Aaron and his company to anyone in need of electrical work!

I recently had my hot water tank go on me. (Obviously unexpectedly!) I reached out to a few places for quotes and availability, of course being in a panic to get hot water up and running again, ASAP! Vernon AC answered my call right away on the first try, I was able to send them photos and info needed via email to do the job, no call out fees, no wait. They were on it. I had an awesome and very friendly experience with Lena on the phone. Once I sent the email with photos and all the info they needed, Bryan was so quick to respond! He provided me with very detailed info about replacing my unit, and what my best options were and why, and also a very descriptive quote so there were no hidden fees and I understood everything! They fit me in on an already very busy day for them. Jeff did such a great job installing the new unit! He had a mess to deal with, and a very small space. He rerouted some of the pipes and lines in my tiny space to make it look much tidier, and was very helpful in explaining to me where the shut offs and everything are now. The entire team is amazing! I would recommend 150%!! Thanks guys!

I’ve used this company twice now and had a great experience both times. The first time was for a leaking bathtub faucet. Since the parts were very old and replacement parts were not available, Jeff came up with a creative solution instead of recommending an expensive repair. It saved me a lot of money. The second time was for a clogged kitchen sink drain. Jeff responded quickly, worked efficiently, and fixed the issue smoothly. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and very professional. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend Jeff.

My wife and I recently relocated to Vernon from Kamloops. Once conditions were removed back in April I reached out to Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical services to price out and book their vent cleaning service. Since April, until present day, I corresponded with Lena who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is extremely responsive, kind and courteous. Lena had us booked in for a vent cleaning and AC/Furnace maintenance/inspection. For the vent cleaning, Harman arrived on time and did an excellent job and was very friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had and provided a thorough explanation of what he was doing. The filling day, Ashley arrived to service our furnace and AC. Ashley was also on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. After the inspection, she took the time to explain her report and recommendations and answered all the questions we had. I’m beyond satisfied with the service that has been provided and will solely use Vernon AC/Heating for any service I may require in the future! Highly highly recommend! Addendum- I had Aaron (electrician) and Jeff (plumber) come out on the same day to do general inspections. Both were extremely friendly and professional and took the time to explain their findings, recommendations and answer any questions we had. Again, super happy with the service this company provides and they will be our only call going forward!
