Foster Heating & Cooling

We had an excellent experience with Foster Heating & Cooling. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Stephen took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the available options clearly, and provided a detailed, transparent quote. The installation crew arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Our new heat pump is working great, and we’re very happy with the result. We appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Foster Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company in Victoria.

After a competitor whom we had used before didn't bother to return our phone call, we decided to try Foster Heating & Cooling. Our call was immediately and pleasantly answered and, within a week, Preston, the technician, arrived to service our aging heat pump. We found him to be personable, very attentive to the task and efficient. The pricing, too, when we received the invoice, was fair. As a result of this positive experience, we will most certainly consider Foster the front-runner when it comes time to replace our heat pump within the next few years.

Just had a great experience with Fosters Heating and Cooling. I reached out about a heat pump issue and they had someone out to my place and diagnosed/fixed the issue in under 24 hours from my initial email. The pricing was exactly what I would have expected to pay for highly qualitied, professional trade work. If you want something diagnosed properly, no wasted time, and the job done right by a certified professional technician, that’s what you’re getting with Foster, and its well worth it. I very much appreciate the quick response and solid service. Would definitely recommend.
