The Comfort Group

Absolutely terrible customer service - we originally called as we had no heat kicking on ,they didn’t fix the problem when I called to get them back was told I would have to pay again then they cancelled the time and told me I could wait until midnight for someone to swing by I still have no heat and the house is sitting at 64 or 14 degrees . Then asked a Manager call and not only did he not call he sent an email basically saying the same thing. Don’t use them if you require working heat- they not only won’t repair it properly they treat you poorly when you give them an opportunity to fix the problem you already paid for…. Called Foster and so far a much better experience and they recognized not having heat was an issue and expedited getting a tech here!

Nice to have 'The Comfort Group' maintaining our furnace, the technicians are knowledgeable and professional, questions answered and problems solved! It's peace of mind at a competitive rate, the maintenance policy we have fits the bill, thanks for the great service today Scott T!!! Cheers

My technician Kale was professional and efficient with the annual maintenance of my furnace, heat pump and fireplace. I am happy being on the monthly maintenance payment plan and feel I am getting good value and service.

They were quick to help me with the issue of our heat pump system, also during the installation Jordan was a trooper he really did his best to finished everything climbing the 40 foot ladder

Comfort 360 and Nick were great. Arrived same morning, found issue and fixed right away. 10/10
