Reliance Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

I had an excellent experience with Reliance from start to finish. I called at 9am after noticing a small leak in my hot water tank, and by 4pm, Rajiv had everything set up and arranged for me to get a brand new tank installed. Rajiv, the service technician, was absolutely outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and let me know the replacement would be free of charge since I rent. He made the entire process smooth, fast, and stress-free. What impressed me even more was that Rajiv personally called the next day to make sure the new tank had been installed properly and was running well. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Kamal, the contractor who installed the new tank, was also great — professional, efficient, and friendly. The installation was completed quickly and everything was left clean and working perfectly. The speed, professionalism, and care from both Rajiv and Kamal left me genuinely thankful that I rent from Reliance. Highly recommend!

My technician Travis showed up on time and was very friendly. He found the issue quickly and fixed it with no issues. He explained everything to me in detail and even gave me suggestions for further preventative care. I was very happy to have him as the person to help us out.

What a great experience. The technician was so friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way he could. It made the experience enjoyable. We now have an appointment booked to install a tankless water heater in two days.

This technician was so thorough and efficient, I was truly impressed. He did the draining of the water tank neatly without my having to clean up after him. His advice was very useful, not just for the present, but what to look for in the future. It was definitely a pleasant experience. I will certainly continue to recommend Reliance - based on the technicians it uses.

I really appreciate the good service I received recently from the Reliance Home Comfort repair technician named Johnny. He showed empathy for clients stranded with broken AC unit during a heat wave. He was competent with his work and possess exceptional customer service skills. The manager was also effective at getting the old unit replaced. Today I had a complete new unit installed. The two technicians worked amazingly well as a team. They were highly skilled individuals who managed to install the new unit in under 2 hours. They were also very polite. It made the whole experience feel seamless. A big thank you to the entire team!!
