Excellent experience. The tech named John was very knowledgeable and fixed my AC problem in no time. He explained what was wrong, worked fast, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Really appreciate the quick and reliable service.
Juno and Kevin did a great job replacing our A/C, showed up exactly on time and everything done in 4.5 hours. Both were very friendly and willing to answer any questions. I recommend G.L.T. for any heating and cooling issues. Also, would like to thank John for initially coming out to diagnose our A/C. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He gave us options to repair or replace the A/C and explained both options thoroughly with no pressure. We chose to replace the A/C.
It was such a pleasure dealing with Alicia at GLT HEATING & COOLING. She was so helpful & courteous. However, I can't stress enough how good their Tech, Josh was. He did an amazing job fixing my central air conditioner and was so positive, kind & upbeat! Thank you ever so much, Josh. You made my day, and I would absolutely recommend GLT Heating & Cooling to anyone I know because of you. Fast, efficient, polite & professional! Thank you Josh! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Our air conditioner needed to be serviced. GLT Took care of everything promptly. A very quick turnaround with professional staff, and outstanding technicians. I would highly recommend this company. Furthermore, I will be using him for all our future needs. Can’t say enough good things thank you very much for everything.
GLT saved the day! My central air in my 6 year old home broke down during the heatwave. They were able to come same day to diagnose the issue, and provided me with information that made sense. I was treated with kindness, and empathy - and given above and beyond service by Jessica. Unfortunately I ended up needing a new AC unit and Cam was able to make it out the next day to give me a quote. Cam made sure to take the time to explain all of my options, and provided me with a great solution. I will be a lifelong GLT client thanks to their honest, and timely service!
