Kooler Group

I cannot recommend Kooler Group enough. Before contacting Kooler, I reached out to another local vendor who seemed to care much more about bundling additional HVAC services than actually addressing our water heater that needed immediate replacement. The administration we initially dealt with at Kooler were fantastic; they were completely focused on our urgent situation rather than bloating about their company's commitment to their plumbers as an excuse to charge over $2,000 more for the exact same project. Kooler only asked exactly what we needed with zero upselling. They were ready to complete the process that very day, without pulling the whole "we can shuffle around some other appointments to prioritize you sometime this week" act. The price was spot on with the expected cost of the service. We were fortunate to have two journeyman plumbers who completed the task cleanly and with incredible speed. You can hear a pin drop in our old house, and there was absolutely zero banter between the technicians. This was incredibly appreciated, as we have a baby and a toddler (including a child under 1), so the quiet efficiency was a lifesaver. Thank you, Kooler Group, for genuinely caring about our household. We’ll absolutely use you for any additional plumbing needs in the future!

We rented the Kooler trailer for a wedding weekend and cannot recommend them highly enough. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Having delivery, setup, and pickup completely handled made the entire process entirely hassle-free. Most importantly, the trailer performed flawlessly, keeping all our food and drinks perfectly cold all weekend in +30°C weather.

Previous HVAC technician told me i need a new AC which honestly, ‘am not financially prepared for. I was left wondering if there’s a way to fix it while I raise the fund for a new unit. Alas, a good friend referred Kooler for 2nd opinion. Jordan, the HVAC Tech, showed up and was quick to figure what’s wrong. Coolant was empty so he used his equipment to find the leak. Not even an hour in, he found and shown me that it was the evaporator. He restored it and voila! He got our old AC cooling again without costly replacing it. I appreciate your professionalism and knowledge in dealing with customers, listening and resolving what the actual problem was not by quick solution of upselling a replacement right off the bat. Kudos Jordan! You deserve 5 stars!

I have used Kooler Group since I moved into my house in 2020. I have always received prompt courteous and professional responses. All of the workers who have been in my home have been knowledgable and respectful of my home and myself. I appreciate the little extras .. filling my water softener with salt (I have the salt bags beside the softener), the arrow on the furnace so I don't have to scratch my head to figure out the correct way to insert the filter .. thank you Kooler Group.

I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed, and the team did an amazing job. They were friendly, professional, and left everything clean when they were finished. They took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained how everything works. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.
