Concept Mechanical Group

The service I received was excellent from the first phone call right through the finish of the job. The technician was professional, kind, and proficient. He was a pleasure to have in my home and completed the job quickly and fully.

Excellent, very quick and professional service . I had a leaking kitchen sink under mount, seal was gone and had our garburator removed . Also added a clean out. Very happy with Concept Mechanical Group and highly recommend.

I have been using Concept Plumbing for many years and have never been disappointed. Lorne is personable plumber who is very efficient and thorough.

From the start (sending an email at 8:30 pm the night before), to the finish (paying the invoice), the transaction was smooth and easy. This was the ONLY plumber willing to get the job done quickly, without a surcharge (I reached out to 3). They arrived on time the next day and replaced the leaking interior/exterior pipes so we had water again (our external pipe had begun leaking). Lorne did a great job - secured pipes better then they were, installed a replacement regulator, copper pipes, valves, outer sheath and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the time he was here. He swapped shoes to come into the house (so clay soil wasn't being tracked) and answered all of my questions. All round great experience and the work done was top notch (can plumbing look sexy?) and affordable. Thank you to the Concept team for giving us water to house again!

Incredible experience. Had a water leak at our house and were on site same day and problem was fixed. Such a good experience with them.
