Laxton Plumbing and Heating

We recently had our kitchen sink installed and had a great experience!! There was a small issue with the dishwasher hose afterward, but they came back quickly and fixed it right away with no hassle. Even though it may have been on our end, they were extremely kind and professional! Pricing was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. Highly recommend!! you won’t be disappointed!

Really good service. I called them last minute, and they worked to accommodate me and fit me in even though they are very busy. They stayed until midnight one night, making sure they could get the water back on for me to use the next day! What more can you ask for? Thank you Ali & the Laxton team!

Adam at Laxton was great! He was very knowledgeable and on the ball, and Answered our emergency call immediately! Very prompt, efficient and neat and tidy. He was very kind, straight forward and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we called. Will absolutely use Laxton again if we need a plumber, and will recommend him to everyone we know! Thanks Adam for the outstanding customer service and great work!

I called early this morning but didn’t leave a message because the zone valve that was stuck started working again after I wiggled it. Adam still took the time to call me back to check on the missed call. That level of care and follow-up really impressed me. What great service! I will definitely call again if any issues arise. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic service, came right after I called and did an amazing job. Both the gentleman who serviced the home and Adam who answered the phones are informative, easy to deal with respectful, and focused on customer peace of mind. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a stress free plumping and heating service.
