Earlier this year we needed a new hot water tank, we hadn't bought one in a long time, so we didn't know who to call. We have seen Murrayville Plumbing trucks around and their business is not to far from our house, so we gave them a call, the price seemed very high, but we had not got any other quotes from anybody else and decided to use them anyway. The young guys who did the work were good, and did a fine job. End of April comes and we were on holiday, and our house/dog sitter phoned us and said we had a leak in the ensuite bathroom toilet supply valve, I asked her to call Murrayville Plumbing to sort it. I had no idea how much it would cost so I had to pay the price, (over $500). We have an insurance claim going now. I noticed a leak under our unit (mobile home) it was a 3/4"x3/4"x1/2" TEE connection, so I phoned Murrayville Plumbing to come and fix it for us, (over $600). When I got over the shock of that fix, I asked the guy to quote me a price to swap out the old Poly 'B' piping and replace it with Pex piping. He quickly gave us a price of $7500, I said thank you and I will let you Know. I had another plumbing company in to do the job for $2100. So shop around for pricing before thinking about using them. We called Murrayville Plumbing because our guest bathroom toilet was clogged. When booking, we clearly told them it was not an emergency. We were told there would be a $78 base fee for the technician to inspect the issue and provide an estimate before any work was done. I was nearby when the technician arrived. While inspecting the toilet, he used a snake and the clog cleared. I understood that we would only be paying the base fee, since no estimate was given and no additional charges were approved. I asked my wife to pay while I left to pick up our son. When I came back, I found out we had been charged over $350. The invoice included items that were never explained to us and charges we did not knowingly approve. I contacted the company right away. Management said they would call me back, but no one followed up. I still have not received a refund or a proper explanation. Their response now is that because my wife paid, the charges are considered accepted. In my opinion, this is poor business practice. Customers should be clearly told the cost and asked for approval before additional charges are added. Based on this experience, I would not use Murrayville Plumbing again.

I had an excellent experience with Murrayville Plumbing and Heating today. I contacted them in the morning because of a furnace issue, and within just two hours a technician arrived and immediately started diagnosing and repairing the problem. While working on the furnace, he also discovered that our hot water tank was leaking. Another team members arrived quickly and explained the situation clearly and professionally, and they were able to replace the hot water tank the very same day as well. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their teamwork, efficiency, and communication. They consistently kept me updated, respected my time, and worked together seamlessly to resolve everything within half a day. It is rare to find a company that combines technical skill, speed, honesty, and customer care so well. I will definitely continue using their services in the future and will confidently recommend them to others. Highly recommended!

This was my first time to get the services of Murrayville Plumbing and Heating and the experience exceeded my expectations. I expected that my busy schedule for the day would have to be cancelled when we woke up with no hot water. However, their quick response and the professional work done by Dalton and Eli saved the day. I really appreciated their friendly efficient service. A job well done.
