Tiffin Plumbing & Drainage

Had them in today due to a shower leak problem. Super fast response, were here same day. Jeff was the plumber and was very knowledgeable and thorough, they made sure to check over every possibility and ensured the problem was resolved before they left. They even thoroughly gave a checklist and plan for how keep an eye over the next few weeks to ensure the fix is perfect and if I see any problem that I should call right away. Definitely found my new go-to plumber to recommend.

I was overwhelmed about needing some drainage work done and TIFFIN were one of the first ones I called. From the moment I talked to TOBY, he put my mind at ease. He was very KNOWLEDGEABLE, had a GREAT POSITIVE ATTITUDE, FRIENDLY and DEFINITELY SKILLED in his trade, explaining in detail what he was doing along the way. He went ABOVE & BEYOND! Toby & his apprentice Sam were AWESOME!

Very friendly and professional. I was juggling a million things last week and of course a plumbing issue popped up out of nowhere late in the day which I couldn't take care of myself. They were at the house the very next morning and quickly fixed it. Thanks again! A pleasure to deal with them.

I recently contacted Tiffin Plumbing regarding an issue with my hot water tank, and I was thoroughly impressed with their prompt and professional service. They scheduled me for the next available appointment without delay. Jeff arrived even before the scheduled time, quickly assessed the issue, and provided an on-site quote. He was very friendly, polite, and professional throughout the process. The very next day, Jeff returned on time with a new tank and one of his assistants ( Sam). Since my water tank was located in a very tight space, they had to carefully remove my stacked washer and dryer to access the area. Despite the challenge, they completed the job efficiently and with great care. Their work was top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Tiffin Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services—they are reliable, skilled, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

Tiffin Plumbing came to the rescue when we had a sudden bathtub drain blockage. We were fortunate Jeff was available to help us on short notice, even on Thanksgiving Day. He was excellent in his communication, arrived promptly, and used all the tools at his disposal to fix what was a tough problem. On top of that, he was very courteous and professional. This was the second time I have called on Tiffin for help and I can say these guys are absolute pros. Would definitely recommend.
