I had a great experience working with Cody Harmer from Enercare. Cody was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my options without any pressure. He was responsive, honest, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping their clients and providing excellent service. I am extremely disappointed with Enercare's customer service. After Enercare recommended replacing my old tankless water heater, they installed a brand-new rental unit. Within weeks, it stopped working, leaving my family without hot water for **five days**. During that time, I received no meaningful updates, no repair timeline, and was repeatedly told to wait for a backordered part. To make matters worse, one of Enercare's managers actually suggested that I take **cold showers** while waiting for the repair. I found this response completely unacceptable and insensitive. Customers pay for a rental service so they have reliable hot water—not to be told to live without it. When customers rent equipment from Enercare, they expect prompt diagnosis, effective troubleshooting, and reliable service. Instead, I experienced poor communication, unnecessary delays, and a complete lack of urgency for an essential household service. This experience has completely eroded my confidence in Enercare. Based on what I experienced, I cannot recommend their rental or service. After this experience, I have only one suggestion: perhaps Enercare should consider changing its name to **"No One Care"**—because that's exactly how I felt throughout this ordeal.

Had a water heater issue last Thursday, Jun 11th and phoned in my request for technical services at 1543 hrs. I was told the earliest appointment was the following Tuesday! I was placed on an emergency wait list in case any earlier appointments became available. Called again on the Monday to see if I could get an earlier appointment but no everything was booked they said. I had to wait until between noon and 4 pm the next day. Technicians showed up at noon on the Tuesday and within an hour I was back in service. The lead technician told me it was absolute BS that we went so long without service. They had been doing air conditioning service calls. So I ask, what is more important, hot water of air conditioning? What is really funny is I just received an email from Enercare telling me that "Same Day Service - When our customers call us by 5:00 PM with no hot water, we'll be there as fast as the same day, on average, 90% of the time!" It goes on to say that they work 24/7 seven days a week. NOT IMPRESSED Enercare!!!

Today I had Andrew T. do the maintenance service on my furnace. Andrew explained everything to me and took the time to wait while I contacted my husband for him to explain all that he had said to me. Andrew was very knowledgeable and very accommodating and gave us the options to rectify the problem. At no time did we feel pressured to do something one thing or the other and I appreciate the no pressure tactic he had. Thank you Andrew. Was a pleasure to do business with you.
