Exceptional service from Andrew at Reliance! He went above and beyond to fix our plumbing issue quickly and effectively. Andrew was punctual, highly skilled, and extremely respectful of our home. He clearly explained the problem, fixed it right the first time, and left everything spotless. You couldn't ask for a better, more professional technician. Highly recommend his work!

We had a recent issue with water tank - I had no hot water. We had very bad experience with the first tech who didn’t show up at all but claimed we needed new tank! I called reliance and they scheduled Doug and I can not tell you guys enough about this guy! He was amazing and very very honest! He was able to find the issue and resolved it in less than 30’mins but he took his time and also checked everything at the house and gave us a list of everything! I hope reliance sees this and marks that Doug agent number 114939 is what makes a happy and life long customer?

Calling at 7:30 AM and having the technician here one hour later was fast and he was great at getting the job done quickly. Phone Support needs to do less sales when we need repairs, and needs to not try to influence the survey stars by asking for good survey. This is the reason you get 3. Cuz you asked for 5. Let your work speak for itself and stop trying to influence the results, they are not authentic and won’t help your company grow where you need it to.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service – truly top-tier professionalism! We had an issue with our rental water heater tank leaking, and I am honestly blown away by the level of service we received from Reliance. From the moment we called, everything was handled with impressive speed and professionalism. Within three hours, a technician was already at our home, and in about an hour and a half the old tank was removed and a brand-new one was fully installed and operating perfectly. That level of response and efficiency is exceptional. I would like to give special recognition to Max Mazanko, the technician who completed the work. Max is a true professional in every sense: - highly knowledgeable and experienced - calm, confident, and extremely efficient - took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly provided excellent advice without any pressure or upselling His workmanship was clean, precise, and done with obvious pride and care. It was clear that Max knows his trade inside and out and genuinely wants the customer to feel comfortable and informed. As for Reliance as a company, this experience shows exactly why they are considered one of the most reliable and trustworthy service providers. I just had my water softener and had a UV light installed in my air duct. Dustin installed my water softener and he did a fantastic job. He was courteous, clean, and made sure we understood how and where he was going to install the softener. When he completed the job he made sure that both my wife and I understood how to operate the softener, how much salt to use and when. We had questions and he never hesitated to answer. Thanks Dustin. Our UV light was installed by Nathaniel and he was prepared to do the job. He installed it in the most convenient place where it is not in the way but still accessible. When the job was completed he made sure we understood what the light is doing and explained that if there is any trouble to call right away. Very polite young man who kept his work area very clean. Of course these installations would not have been done without Phil. Phil sat down with us and explained each plan with us. He never pressured us to buy into a plan we did not feel we needed he just listened to what we needed and made sure we understood the rental agreements and the discounts for bundling our water heater, water softener, UV light and plumbing plan. He never hesitated answering any of our questions and concerns. When it comes to the technicians at Reliance they are 5 stars and they only leave the job when we, the customer, understand what they have done. The Reliance call center on the other hand needs a large improvement! I am partially deaf and explained that she needed to speak slower as I found it very difficult to understand her heavy accent. She did not slow down and went right into trying to sell me rental plans! I was not calling about rental plans I was calling for technical help! This kind of response from the Reliance call center is not a good way to help a customer's confidence who is in need of a technician not sales and discount plans! Fix this issue Reliance and your whole operation will get a complete 5 star review. As for now your call center gets a 1 but your tech's get 5's.
