Probably a good company. But whoever drives truck 13 needs to get their drivers license revoked. Garbage and reckless driving on the 400 but coulda also been the phone glued to their ear.
We were immensely impressed with the service that we received. We would highly recommend Northern to anybody that has plumbing issues. Thanks again.
We have used northern plumbing systems for years, from commercial to residential and everything in between. They are all very professional, personable, and punctual, highly recommend using this company for any of your plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks to everyone at Northern Plumbing Systems!
Wish I could give zero stars but It doesn't allow me to. In a new condo (Pratt/Bear Creek) 2 years old. The main drain pipe for the kitchen broke and damaged the unit below us. Emergency plumbers (3) came in on Friday. Cut out a huge section underneath our sink and fixed the issue. Also, heard many stories about plumbing issues within the 2 condo buildings here. Extremely disappointed with Northern and Pratt. Northern employees are young, inexperienced and sloppy. Dealt with them for a while when we moved in. Lastly, the receptionist is very rude.
Done plenty of work over the years with northern. They have quick response and their staff are all friendly and professional. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a plumber
