Sureflow Plumbing & Drain

Had an emergency situation on a Sunday morning. Called Sureflow at 11:00 a.m. wonderful customer service from John. Brent and Nick arrived in about an hour. Work was done quickly, professionally and neat. We highly recommend Sureflow.

Rian provided excellent service. He was transparent about the procedures and costs right from the beginning before starting the inspection. The original price quoted over the phone at the time of booking was confirmed the same upon arrival, which I truly appreciated. He quickly identified the issue and explained everything clearly. The other technician who assisted was also very helpful. Overall, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely ask for Rian's service again if any future issues arise. I have used Sureflow on numerous occasions over the course of many years. Grant and Nick are people I trust to do the job right and to ensure the house is clean and tidy after they leave. Their emergency response is top notch, arriving within a couple of hours of calling them on a Sunday afternoon! I can confidently recommend Sureflow 100%

Jafar and Nick were amazing. They explained all of our options clearly and were very respectful and polite. I would highly recommend Sureflow plumbing to anyone who needs work done.

Called for emergency service...extremely prompt response and arrival. Directly diagnosed and resolved the propblem....no fluff to the job! Required further work about 2 weeks later....called them again because they two guys who attended were honest!, professional!, neat and tidy! and focused on the task....couldn't ask for better service! I recommend them to anybody!
