I called mark in a panic as I had a plumber 24 hours prior to my call to him come and do "work" on my well pump. Needless to say the work was shotty and my mud room flooded from parts installed incorrectly. The original Company W&B plumbing- accused me of creating the flood and refused to come out to check the issues. Mark had a phone call with me explaining what the issue was as I sent him video and pictures of my emergency situation. He arrived with his expert knowledge and began to repair the issue. As mark started to fix one issue he found more problems with my pump system and provided explanation on everything that needed to be fixed. Marks integrity, honesty and expert knowledge is above and beyond. I have never had a service experience like this Ever! If I could rate Mark 10 stars I would and highly recommend him for any of your plumbing requirements. Mark-THANK YOU for all that you did for our family. Got a new toilet, faucet, and shower installed for my tenant within a day of my call. Very impressed with the speed and quality of work! Marc communicated directly with the tenants to schedule his visits. My tenants are happy and smiling again.

Writing this on behalf of my mom. There was a problem with the toilet tank (on a new toilet) that wasn't working properly. Mark was the first plumber that we spoke with that didn't automatically lead with what it'll cost us, but rather listened to the problem and was able to provided a solution over the phone that we were able to try ourselves. If your looking for an experienced and honest plumber than Mark is your guy. I had a problem with my water pressure and a leak behind my shower wall. After explaining my situation Mark knew exactly what the issue was and how I could fix it. He saved me a lot of money for an emergency call and my problems were solved in seconds. I can’t express how grateful I was to deal with such a knowledgeable and honest plumber and I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I called to get my well line unfrozen. Its happened before, I know the signs, and I know how to fix it. Knowing how and being able are 2 different things, so I called and asked him to thaw my line. He was quick to respond, and offered immediate service which I thought was good (now I assume its because hes looking for work and no one wants him so hes just sitting and ready). In text he diagnosed the issue as a pump issue and quoted me $2200. I assured him it was not a pump issue, but a frozen line and thats what I needed help with. Regretfully I gave him my address and asked him to help, assuming when he got here saw my pump was fine he would defrost my line. Nope. Not at all. All he did was trouble shoot my problem, never looked inside the line and said its NOT frozen and I needed a new line from the well to the house. After some back and forth he said to me, Im not just guessing you know, I have 31 years experience. Fortunately for me there is 4 feet of snow in the back yard that I said I wouldnt clear off from the croc. So he left. I still had no water, he did nothing to help, but billed me for $480 and left. 2 days later my regular plumber was finally free, He came by, pulled the pump off and feed a 1/4 line into the well line. It went about a foot and a half then stopped. It hit the ice I told Mark was in the line and he said it wasn't. Anyway, we pumped warm water through the 1/4 inch line to defrost the blockage. It was about 28 feet of ice, we melted in 40 minutes. Put the pump back on the line, filled the pressure tank and he was cleaning up tools about an hour after arriving. I feel Mark 100% scammed me. I even diagnosed the issue, and told him how to fix it. But thats not what I got. I got a bill and no work actually done past "trouble shooting". Stay away if you value your money. Yes as he said my house and yard are messy. That didn't change the fact that he said 'needed' access to my well after 3 hours of trouble shooting without a fix, and told me it wasn't frozen I needed a foot valve and new line to the house when it took my reg guy 40 mins of pumping hot water from the house back to the well. The well is still under 4 feet of snow. I even asked you to do what my normal guy does. That's why I brought you a big corn pot full of boiling water. So yeah thanks for mentioning I've got a mess downstairs and I smoke weed. That really helps fix my frozen pipe didn't it. Oh wait, I forgot you can't do that.
