Plumbing Nerds: Plumbing & Drain Services near Bradford, ON

I am very appreciative of the help I received from everyone at Plumbing Nerds. They were responsive, kind, flexible, accommodating and knew what they were talking about (because I don't). I had the pleasure to work with Danilo. He let me talk way more than he needed to. He was also upfront about fees for various scenarios based on my specific problem, and not pushy about co-selling options (that I would have considered if I was in a different position financially!). He was respectful in my home. I would use them again without hesitation. Thank you, everyone!

Fantastic experience with Plumbing Nerds. Danilo replaced all 3 of my builders grade toilets. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Amazing customer service and attention to detail...he kept me up to date on the entire process start to finish.

We contacted another plumbing service after we experienced a backup from our main drain. The plumbers did a quick 5 minute assessment without any tools and we were quoted $2600 for a hydro jet flush and $450 for the assessment. We did not feel confident with this plumbing service and decided to get another estimate. After calling plumbing Nerds, we received a prompt response and confirmation via text that a plumber was on his way. Our plumber, Josh, arrived promptly and performed a thorough review and assessment. He was able to clear the block using the snake and confirmed the block was clear via camera. Service was prompt, courteous, and fair. It’s nice to know that there are genuine plumbing companies out there not looking to take advantage of their customers. Would give more stars if possible. Thank you Plumbing Nerds!

We had Plumbing Nerds come to our home for a leak and Dominic was fantastic! He was professional, kind, clean and thorough throughout the whole process. He made sure he understood the complete problem before providing the fix, ensuring we knew what was needed. The quote we got was fair and we feel like we got an excellent value for the work that was completed. I would highly recommend Dominic for any plumbing issues. We will be asking for his services if we are to have any plumbing issues in the future.
