Dr HVAC

My experience with Sherman and NJ from Dr. HVAC was exceptional. From the moment of meeting both these really great people, I was continually impressed. They were clearly a huge step above others. Very knowledgeable, skilled, reliable, sincere and trustworthy. I know it sounds extreme but it is true. Sherman took the time to fully analyze the condition of the Navien CombiBoiler and Mitsubishi AC, both of which were overdue for servicing. Sherman made suggestions as to what was critical and what might wait for the fall servicing. In the end we went ahead with all his suggestions, none of which were just extras. Both men were very thorough and gave clear descriptions of the issues as they arose. They went above and beyond. I am very grateful to both Sherman and NJ. They are both a real pleasure to meet and work with. I don't want anyone else again. They are the best! Thanks to you both for a superb experience. Another reviewer mentioned what a special person Sherman is. I definitely confirm that.

Dr HVAC merits the 5 stars. It was my first time having them come, and I was quite impressed. Jamie was excellent both in communicating in great detail the various options and prices on fixing or replacing an old tankless water heater. She was so helpful and professional, and her work was meticulous. My first phone call to the company was very easy and friendly. I plan to use the company for recurring maintenance and future projects. Thank you.

Very happy with the service I recently received and would highly recommend them to others. Their responsiveness and flexibility were fantastic and the technician (Ty) was on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He also went above and beyond by proactively securing a drain hose that had been precariously installed, despite the fact that he was not required to do so as part of the routine maintenance he was performing. Great job, Ty and Dr. HVAC!

Bryan came to our house quickly when he knew we had no heat. He was very polite , thorough and knowledgeable making me feel immediately that we were in good hands. His diagnosis of the problem was done efficiently and he explained everything in a way that made sense and was easily understood. We have worked with Dr HVAC ( Hoerner) on a few big jobs in our home and have always been extremely happy with their work and level of professionalism. At the same time they are very friendly and lovely to work with.

I called Hoerner (now part of Dr. HVAC) with an emergency today, and within hours the plumber, a nice young man named Adam, was at my door. He diagnosed the problem, got the part, and replaced the cold water tap for my washing-machine which was steadily leaking. He worked quickly, and was very professional and friendly at the same time. I first called Hoerner about 10 years ago, and they will continue to be my "go to" for plumbing and heating matters. I have had a number of plumbers for the work I’ve needed done, and they have all been professional, kind, and friendly. I recommend Hoerner all the time to my friends and colleagues and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them more generally.
