Reliance Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Christian and Eduardo came to my house today and did a fabulous job replacing my ac unit. The installation was very clean. They are a very friendly, professional team with excellent communication. They explained everything to me. Thank you as well to Justin and Joel who were exceptional and very helpful.

Hemex Chauhan installed our Reverse Osmosis water purification system, and water softener rentals. We were very impressed with how professional and efficient he was. Super nice guy highly recommend his services!

They did a great job replacing the water heater in this rental unit from Relliance! Our technicians were so neat, clean, fast, and professional with the installation. They even made sure everything around it was spotless! I'm really happy with their knowledgeable and friendly service. 😊 👍🏻💯

Great experience with the Brantford Reliance team. Everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. We had called for a service call, as our AC stopped working. It was very easy to get an appointment, the technician that made the call was informative, and was open and honest about our options. We opted to just replace versus taking the chance of repairs would not fixing the problem. From there we set a consultation with Justin and decided to move forward with the purchase, absolutely no pressure for selling us more than what we needed . The team that completed the installation were a pleasure to deal with friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Left everything tidy and made sure we were happy with everything prior to heading out. Definitely recommend!

Everything was wonderful. I had both the furnace and air conditioner replaced. The installers arrived first thing in the morning as scheduled. They were very enthusiastic and not discouraged by the sudden torrential rainfall. It stopped about 8 minutes later and the install started. They never stopped. They kept me informed every minute of what they were doing. It was extremely hot both inside and outside but they continued tirelessly. They were all so genuinely friendly and extremely kind. The cleanup was amazing, you would never have known they were even here. Best decision I ever made.
