Rooter-Man Plumbing & Waterproofing Brantford

I noticed drainage issues and discovered roots had grown into the sump pump drain pipe running underground through my lawn. I was out of my element, but booking an appointment online was quick and easy, and I got a next-day slot. Zack showed up right on time and was professional from start to finish. He used a snake camera to find over 50 feet of root growth, then walked me through the problem and helped troubleshoot a solution to reposition the drain pipe, explaining each step along the way. Would absolutely use this company again in a heartbeat.

Rooter Man Brantford Robert the technician came by, he was courteous and friendly. He was upfront and walked me through the issue with a basement crack by the furnace. The estimate he gave was just too high for my budget, so I told him I’d need to talk to my wife before making a decision. I didn’t feel the price was justified for the work needed right now. No complaints about Robert though — he was professional and respectful.

Adam was very pleasant and professional. He arrived when he said he would. Which is something l appreciate. I don’t like to be left waiting. He did a great job and got my sewers cleared l can now use my washroom again.

Zack was a very professional and polite man to deal with. He laid out the options I had to clear a clogged sewage line. He worked quickly and paid attention to details. Overall very happy with my experience.

I've had to use Rooter Man twice, and each time was an amazing experience. Both of the gentlemen who showed up were professional, were personable, and very knowledgeable on how to explain what was going on to a person who doesn't do this for a living. Well done guys, well done. And thank you
