Superior Plumbing & Heating of Brantford

A hose under our bathroom sink burst and because there was no shutoff valve, water sprayed everywhere so we had to turn off water for the whole house. I called Superior Plumbing and they were on the way to our house within an hour, on a long weekend Saturday. Matt did an excellent job of adding shutoff valves, new hose and a new tap to the affected sink, as well as the other sink upstairs that was the same age and would likely have the same problem. We were very happy with the work and would call Superior Plumbing again in the future.

Do not use this service. Will take advantage and overcharge you 10x what it should cost. I had a simple drain that needed snaking. They tried to charge me $1850-$2350 for the job and it was a 4 day wait. I had a local independent plumber come out to do the job same day, was in and out within an hour and ended up costing $250. Check out the reviews on trustpilot, idk how they are getting such good reviews. They must be paying for them or people simply are not comparing quotes.

Our kitchen drain had a pretty bad clog say 30 feet in. Superior Plumbing came, accessed the issue, and then that very same evening sent a plumber to fix it. Friendly service that was comfortable to work with. Great service!

Superior Plumbing was awesome start to finish. My toilet was completely messed up and it drove my wife crazy. They came the same day and the licensed plumber was so good. Work was completed the same day. Wife’s happy I'm happy. My go to from now on
