We hired Service Yeti to service our 3 heatpump units. Josh arrived after a phone call to let us know he was on his way. He offered exceptional service - he was friendly and professional. The spaces were left clean and just as they were before he came. He explained everything thoroughly afterwards, and payment was easy. Highly recommend!

Noah was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He did an excellent job with the draft proofing for our house, was thorough and knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. From the moment Tyler came by to give us a quote for heat pumps to having them installed by Justin, Andrew, Spencer and Derek the service was exceptional. Had a hiccup with the dehumidifier on our unit. I got a hold of Greenfoot and they sent Justin my way. What a gem!!! Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and so helpful! This guy is 10/10!! Again, another great experience with Greenfoot!

Had what was perhaps the worst customer service experience ever recently dealing with Greenfoot Energy. Had sales rep Tyler Barkhouse out to have a look at a small basement space we wanted to add a heat pump to. He offered a deal on a brand new but discontinued model which we accepted. Upon installation I was told by the installers that it was refurbished and didn't work. They said they would have to send a tech by to see what parts were needed. I told them it was sold to me (and clearly stated in the email that it was brand new but just discontinued), and was told once again that it was clearly used and refurbished. After some back and forth, a tech eventually stopped by and confirmed what parts were needed. He showed me how rusted up the fan was and when I looked inside the unit I could clearly see damaged fins and lots of debris, as if something had been nesting inside. When I complained to management (Chantel Richard), she confirmed it was refurbished and apologized for misleading me. she then offered an additional 400 dollars off the price but said that's all she could do as the unit was sold as a new unit but the price given was for a refurbished unit. I tried emailing the sales rep back, but he ghosted me and never responded. It took several more weeks to finally have the unit fixed as several install times were missed on their end with no calls or notice. The unit still doesn't work properly but they have told me it's working as it should and will not send anyone by. Greenfoot is definitely the most incompetent company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! My original review above was a 1 star but since this post Greenfoot Energy has reached out and offered a brand new unit. It has since been installed and working great! It's unfortunate it took a bad review to get Greenfoot to make things right but I commend them for reaching out and putting in the effort when they could have just ignored my review and moved on. Big thanks to the crew at the Bridgewater location!
