Great service. We called on a weekend and Matt was able to come out the next day to sort out the immediate issue. Another staff member came back 2 days later to resolve the root cause. Both were professional and a pleasure to work with.

Shady business, showed up a day earlier than what we had booked and said they would come back on the day we had booked them for. They were a no show that day and decided to come the next day. They told me one story and my other half a completely different one as to why they didn’t show up when they were supposed to. We had agreed on a price and while on site decided our tank was bigger than what they told us previously and requested an extra charge on the spot.

Mr. Pellerin was the epitome of a professional business person. They showed up quickly, explained anything I didn't understand and did a great job. When there was confusion with the payment, on my part, he was patient and kind while discussing everything. We will definitely always use his services in the future.

Horrible service. Apparently the employees had issues opening my septic cover. Damaged it in the process. Didn’t bother to try to open the other cover. Only pumped one side. The other side still half full. Didn’t bother to even put the over back on properly and left the cover they were able to get off unsecured. Just laying on top. When I called to ask why it was left that way the owner wasn’t helpful at all. Sent pics to show what I was referring too. Said there was no tool to get cover on and off. Could be done by hand. He said that bc we had to now put our own cover back on to secure it he would send us back some of the $ we had paid The owner then got the guy who did the "job" to call me personally. He was so rude to me. Yelling and cursing. He wanted to be reimbursed for the "tool" that he broke trying to open my septic cover as well as reimbursement for gas as his truck was idling for 40 min while trying to do that job. We paid $460 group rate to have it pumped to get a half completed job a damaged cover and berated. No $ back from the owner and when I called him back to complain about his employee and the way he spoke to me he didn’t answer my call or call me back. So unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Beware
