Brock Heating & Air Conditioning

Brock Heating and Cooling have serviced my furnace and air conditioner, and this year they installed a new heat pump. Every experience has been excellent. Nick and his team is always professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They provide timely service, quality workmanship, and great customer care. I highly recommend them!

I would like to thank Brock Heating for removing our old oil furnace and tank and installing the new heat pump system. Also for helping with the Ontario rebate. The entire crew were professional and courteous. The system is up and running excellent. I would highly recommend them.

If you're sick and tired of talking to secretaries and administrative people and want to talk to the guys who are going to repair your air conditioning or HVAC system, these guys are awesome. I don't know about you, but I want to talk to the mechanic and technician directly, not some person at the desk who doesn't know anything about the repair. I called these guys to repair leak in a split air conditioning unit. These guys are based in Brockville, honest, friendly, fast and really professional. Totally recommend Nick and his team.. I'll definitely be using them for all my future air conditioning heating issues...

I want to thank Nick and his crew for an incredible job installing my new heat pump. From my first contact with Nick, my experience was amazing. What stood out was that after getting quotes from other companies, Nick came along and told me that he recommended a smaller heat pump than the others. He made his recommendations, left that night and then communicated with me that he had further looked into the sizing and he stood by his assessment over the others. This alone saved me money off the hop as others told me 3 tonne and Nick said a 2.5 tonne would be more suitable. Looking at all the forums, the sizing is key, and based on how it is working now, I believe Nick knew what he was saying. Nicks crew was warm, personable and clearly knowledgable. The install was done in one afternoon and everything was cleaned up from the work. They took the time to explain the new thermostat and tested everything before leaving. Now, it's been around 2 weeks and I don't think my propane has come on one time. I'm sure that this will save me a whole lot of money on heating. Based on my experience I would recommend!

After another company telling us our air conditioner had a coolant leak and needed to be replaced, and suffering for two weeks in the blistering heat, we started to collect quotes and research our options. A neighbour told us about Brock Heating and Air Conditioning, and highly recommended them so we decided to give them a call! We are so grateful that we did! Nick has been incredible. He actually discovered that our air conditioning unit was still functional; we were experiencing an electrical issue that was impacting our air conditioner. We will now be working with him on a plan for replacing our entire system….because of his honest and phenomenal customer service. He took such care in inspecting our system and giving us an honest picture of what we were dealing with and what our best options are. This allowed us to understand our position and make a really well- informed choice about how to proceed. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and understands the value of solid customer relations. We will be telling everyone we know about Nick and his team at Brock Heating and Air Conditioning; they have certainly earned our business going forward! Thank you Nick, we have appreciated your time this week, more than we can say. You made a tremendous difference for our family in the way you approached our situation, and we won’t forget it. What an outstanding experience we have had!
